Non-Executive Director & ChairmanMr. Prithavi Raj Jindal is Non-Executive Director & Chairman of Jindal SAW Ltd and Jindal Tubular USA LLC, one of the Leading Manufacturers of SAW (Submerged Arc Welded) Pipes, Seamless & Ductile Iron Pipes. With his Vision and a Hands-on Approach, Mr. Jindal has successfully stretched the Business frontiers of the Group to newer terrains. He has a keen belief of delivering Value to the Customer through world-class quality processes and adopting positive Corporate practices. He established SAW Pipes Ltd., (now known as Jindal SAW Ltd.) in 1984 with its first state-of-the-art plant in Kosi Kalan in UP, India. Since then, the Company has grown multi-fold and has diversified its Product line, offering 'Total Pipe Solutions' across a wide array of sectors – Energy, Water & Sewage Transportation and Industrial Application. JSAW has successfully become an exporter with growing Geographical footprint and Multiple Industry focus by placing India on the map of 'Line Pipe Manufacturing Nations', under his Leadership.
